A. Ferguson PRO Plus is a customer loyalty program where enrolled participants are awarded points when they order products on ferguson.com. Participants can then redeem their points for a wide variety of consumer goods, event tickets and individual travel options from our reward redemption site.

A. All professional trade customers with an online account that complete the PRO Plus enrollment process and whose business account is in good standing with Ferguson are eligible to participate. The enrolled participant must be the owner or administrator of their ferguson.com account, be in compliance with their company’s policies allowing them to earn and redeem points and also be a customer located in the United States.

A. Use the following steps to enroll:

1. Sign in to your online account
2. Click Dashboard under the account drop-down menu
3. Click PRO Plus Rewards under My Solutions
4. Click the EARN POINTS button

A. No, Ferguson PRO Plus is completely free to all members.

A. You earn points by purchasing products on ferguson.com only. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight and miscellaneous charges.

A. All products on a ferguson.com web order qualify for points. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight and miscellaneous charges.

A. You will earn one point for every dollar ($1.00) spent on products ordered through ferguson.com. Bonus points may be offered from time to time.

A. Points are awarded on the second Wednesday of every month on all processed invoices for the previous month.

A. You can track your points at any time by using the following steps:

1. Sign in to your online account
2. Click REDEEM POINTS within the PRO Plus section of the site
3. Click MY ACCOUNT located in the top navigation bar

A. All points issued to a participant will be valid for the life of the program, as long as the participant remains active on ferguson.com. If you do not earn points for a period of 365 days, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

1. Sign in to your online account
2. Click REDEEM POINTS within the PRO Plus section of the site
3. Click the REDEEM NOW button or SHOP located in the top navigation bar

Find items you want to redeem points for, then check out. Your rewards will soon be on their way!

A. Any member information submitted as part of the Ferguson PRO Plus program will be used in accordance with the Ferguson Privacy Policy. Your personal information will only be used to award you points in the program and to fulfill your redeemed points for items from our reward redemption site.

A. Yes, shipping and handling charges are programmed into the point value based on the zip code in your customer profile. If the zip code is changed during the checkout process, the amount of points needed for redemption will update to reflect this.

A. No, the program does not allow members to supplement their points with payment.

A. Any points redeemed will be immediately deducted from your account balance.

A. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.

A. Current PRO Plus promotions will be listed on the reward redemption site. If you purchase specially featured products that are part of a promotion, you will earn bonus points. Look for the bonus point icons on eligible products.

A. Quick Points are promo codes that each have a unique serial number with a point value attached. They are a way to earn additional points through special promotional offers.

A. Use the following steps to redeem a Quick Point serial number:

1. Sign in to your online account
2. Click REDEEM POINTS within the PRO Plus section of the site
3. Click QUICK POINTS located in the top navigation bar
4. Enter serial number and click REWARD ME

Your points will be entered into your account instantly!

A. Currently, you are able to donate your points to the following charitable organizations:

  • St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

1. Sign in to your online account
2. Click REDEEM POINTS within the PRO Plus section of the site
3. Click DONATE located in the top navigation bar
4. Click DONATE TODAY, complete the donation form and click SUBMIT

A. You can donate in increments of 2,500 points.

A. Any points donated will be immediately deducted from your account balance.

A. Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the points are deducted from your account balance.

A. You can donate your points as often as you like.

A. No, all donations are final.

A. No, any donated points will be converted to a donation from Ferguson Enterprises, LLC to the charitable organization on the member’s behalf.

A. No, there is not any tax liability resulting from the donation of points. An IRS 1099 Form will not be issued, regardless of the dollar value of the points donated in a calendar year.

Program rules

1. Program eligibility
Eligibility for the program is based on the rewards program designed and approved by Ferguson. Ferguson has the right to modify this program at any time. Upon PRO Plus enrollment, you confirm that you are the owner of the account or have authorization by the owner to earn and redeem points. You warrant and represent that you are authorized to participate in and use our Services and that you are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Sponsor, or its affiliates, or subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in or use the Services.

2. Program dates
The Ferguson PRO Plus points program begins on August 27, 2012, and will award points that can be redeemed in accordance with the terms of the program.

3. Earning points
Points will be awarded to enrolled PRO Plus members according to the compensation guidelines designed and approved by Ferguson. Points are awarded on a monthly basis on all processed invoices for the previous month. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight, and miscellaneous charges. Points earned for a returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance the following month.

4. Receiving points
Reward Participants will receive paperless electronic rewards. Points Statements may be viewed online at the program website.

5. Point life
All Points issued to the Program Participant will be valid for as long as your membership is active. If you do not earn Points for a period of 365 days, any and all unredeemed Points (and the value thereof) shall be forfeited. If the Program is discontinued, the Program Participant will have 90 days to redeem Points for Rewards. After 90 days, any and all unredeemed Points (and the value thereof) shall be forfeited and no reward claims shall be honored thereafter.

6. Non-transferable/no cash value
Points are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Program Participants may, however, designate alternative travel or merchandise recipients at the time of redemption.

7. Availability
All rewards of merchandise, airline and hotel accommodations, and any other travel (the “Travel and Merchandise Services”) included in the Rewards Program are available only to Program Participants who have received Points as part of this loyalty points-based program. Reward items offered are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

8. Rewards
Please refer to the online reward offering for the most up-to-date details on Rewards, Point Values, and Redemption Information. Eligible Participants may redeem points only for items listed in the online reward offering at the designated point quantities.

General information

1. Use of the program website is governed by separate and specific Terms and Conditions, which are located on the participant site.

2. Ferguson reserves the right to audit, alter or cancel this Program at any time in its sole discretion, including without limitation, the Program format, Program partners, Program elements, Reward levels and Reward rules. All such changes may be made without any prior notification to Program Participants. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of the program rules, the decisions of Ferguson will be final.

3. Ferguson, its owners, agents, and employees make no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, expressed, or implied, with respect to items of merchandise or travel, and shall not be liable to Program Participants or any third party for any damage, loss, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys fees), or harm of any nature which arises in whole or in part from the underlying Travel or Merchandise Services, arranged for the Program Participant in connection with the Program.

4. Ferguson shall not be liable in the event that performance is made impossible, or by acts of God, civil or military authority, acts of public enemy, war, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, accidents, theft, malicious damage, fire, explosions, earthquakes, floods, the elements, lightning, wind or fire resulting from any of the foregoing, strikes, labor disputes or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Ferguson.

5. In the event any dispute arises between Ferguson and a Program Participant regarding the Program Rules or any other dispute which is in any way related to the Program, the parties agree that the sole and exclusive forum for the resolution of such disputes will be arbitration to be held before the American Arbitration Association or any successor entity pursuant to the commercial rules of arbitration then pertaining.

6. If any provision of the Program Rules shall be declared to be invalid, unenforceable or void, such decision shall not have the effect of invalidating or voiding the remainder of the Program Rules. Upon such event, the parties shall in good faith modify or alter the remainder of the Program Rules to effectuate the original intent of the parties.
