- Compact size offers design flexibility, as the drain fits into 8 in joists in addition to 10 in and 12 in joists, requiring only a 4 in opening
- Made of PVC and compatible with brass or Schedule 40 tailpieces
- Solvent welds directly to a 1-1/2 in or 2 in Schedule 40 drain pipe using the included adapter and Oatey cement and primer, sold separately
- Once the connection has been made between the DWV system, drain body and subfloor, the tub can be dropped in with no additional steps required
- Easy-to-grab, high visibility protective cap keeps tile from being installed over the open drain and can be easily removed with or without tongue-and-groove pliers and a screwdriver
